Melbet Terms and Conditions

When you create an account on Melbet, you fully agree to its terms and conditions. It’s important to learn all the main rules of the platform to have a safe and enjoyable experience. This page outlines Melbet terms and conditions that each user must follow.

Melbet General Rules

Consider the platform’s most important regulations:

  • Age Conditions. Melbet takes bets just from clients with an age of at least eighteen. The company may cancel a bet made by a minor;
  • Single Account Principle. One single account per customer is allowed for the client. Opening numerous accounts in the customer’s name is strictly forbidden and may lead to suspension or deletion of the account;
  • Terms of Bets. All bets are made as per terms supplied by the sportsbook, such as odds, handicaps, and the limit of bets. Terms of a bet cannot change after it has been placed;
  • Fraud Prevention. Melbet can annul bets and close or suspend an account when discovering that a customer is applying automated betting software, arbitrage betting, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent activity;
  • Rights of the Bookmaker. Melbet reserves the right to accept or reject any bet without reason. The company is entitled to void bets and pay out at odds of 1.00 in instances of technical mistake, misprint, or suspicious betting behavior.

Types of Bets at Melbet

The website provides the following types of bets:

  • Single Bet. A single bet covers one outcome of one event. Winnings equal the bet amount multiplied by the odds. For example, 100 INR at odds of 1.9 returns 190 INR;
  • Accumulator Bet. An accumulator combines several unrelated outcomes into one bet. The odds of all selections are multiplied together. If any one selection loses, the entire bet loses;
  • System Bet. A system bet is a set of accumulators built from pre-selected events. The maximum is 20 events and 184,756 combinations. To win, a certain number of predictions must be correct (for example, 3 out of 4 or 5 out of 8). The bet amount is split equally among all combinations, so total winnings from a system bet can be lower than the original bet amount;
  • Advancebet. An Advancebet lets you bet using the potential returns from your unsettled bets. Melbet may offer or refuse Advancebets at its own discretion.

Rules for Bets

Melbet accepts bets according to the sportsbook. To make a successful bet on the site, adhere to the general guidelines:

  • The minimum bet for every event is 15 INR or its equivalent in any other currency;
  • The bookmaker sets the maximum bet for every event, depending on the event and the sport;
  • Maximum winnings of one bet equal 5,423,000 INR or its equivalent in any other currency;
  • The bookmaker can restrict the maximum stake and odds for a given event, as well as customer maximum stake and odds, without notice or reason;
  • The bookmaker may choose to refuse a customer the facility of placing successive bets on the same result, e.g., sets of results that are extremely close. Where successive bets placed by a customer have not been cancelled by the computer system, the bookmaker is at liberty to refund the successive bets in this instance (except for the first bet).

Bonuses Terms

Bonuses are a great rewarding tool that have benefits for customers. To be able to successfully use Melbet bonuses, review the bonus rules:

  • Bonus Eligibility. The bonuses accrue only to those users who completed their profile, confirmed the phone number, and agreed on the bonus terms during Melbet online registration. There may be a minimum deposit for some of the bonuses;
  • One Bonus at a Time. There can be only one bonus active at a time. Deposit bonuses are not cumulative and must be redeemed sequentially. A fresh bonus is available only when the earlier one has been withdrawn or redeemed;
  • Wagering Conditions. The players need to fulfill wagering conditions so that they can withdraw bonus funds. This typically means betting the bonus times some number of times. Withdrawal is not allowed until the bonus has been bet through completely;
  • Bonus Expiration. The bonuses and the resulting winnings must be cashed out within the expiry period, which is typically 30 days. Not redeeming the bonus and winnings within the specified time will result in forfeiting them;
  • Bonus Abuse. Abuse of bonuses, such as the acceptance of restricted betting strategies, can result in the cancellation of bonuses, winnings being withdrawn, or account suspension. Melbet has the discretion to monitor accounts for suspicious activity.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

You need to manage your money properly. Learn the most significant regulations of deposits and withdrawals in Melbet:

  • Withdrawals must be made in the same payment system as deposits: if they are not the same, withdrawals must be proportionate to deposits;
  • Identity Verification: The bookmaker has the right to demand proof of identity, i.e., a passport, to verify transactions. In the event of unsuccessful verification, withdrawals may be blocked;
  • Bet Turnover Requirements. The money deposited should be played through at least once at odds of 1.10 or higher before withdrawal. Bets on contrary outcomes (i.e., betting on both sides of the same roulette event) do not count;
  • Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention. Multiple account opening, use of counterfeit documents, or attempts to circumvent security control may result in suspension of the account and voiding of all bets;
  • Withdrawal Restraints. Under circumstances involving suspicious activity, the bookmaker may restrict electronic withdrawals and provide bank transfers as an alternative.

Refund Policy

Melbet customers may ask for a refund. The rules are as follows:

  • Compliance with Jurisdictional Laws. Customers must ensure their use of our website is legal in their home country. If it is found that a customer is in a jurisdiction where betting is prohibited, the company reserves the right to close the account and return the remaining balance minus profits from the last deposit;
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. If a customer is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, such as the use of stolen or illicit funding methods, submission of forged documents, or other false or misleading information, the company retains the right to revoke transactions, nullify bets, and refuse return claims;
  • Duplicate accounts and terms of use abuse. The customer should not have more than a single account. All the related accounts can be closed, wins nullified, and refunds given at the company’s discretion after deducting any bonus-related winnings when duplicate accounts are detected;
  • The Refund Request Procedure. Refunds must be requested through the live chat support within 24 hours of the transaction. Each request will be thoroughly examined, and customers may be asked to supply more information. Processing time varies but typically 24-72 hours depending on the complexity of the case;
  • Refund Method and Authorization. Authorized refunds will be issued in the same form of payment. In case of a request for a refund not within the established parameters, the company may, at its discretion, reject it at will.

Fairness and RNG Testing Methods

Melbet is committed to fair and transparent gambling. The site pays out all legitimate winnings, does not include unfair terms in its conditions, and does not use deceptive practices. Players from restricted countries are blocked from registration, and bonuses are only available to eligible users.

Player Protection Rules

Beyond fair terms, Melbet also takes steps to prevent players from accidentally breaking the rules. This includes:

  • Enforcing maximum bet limits and restricted game rules during active bonuses;
  • Warning players before actions that could harm their balance (such as accepting a bonus that may void previous winnings);
  • Checking for duplicate accounts at registration by matching name and date of birth against existing records.

Random Number Generator

All casino games at Melbet (except live dealer games) use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. This is an industry-standard system that has been tested over thousands of game rounds to confirm consistent randomness. The RNG ensures that every result is independent and unpredictable.
Melbet works only with trusted software providers and cooperates with gambling regulatory authorities to stay compliant with the laws of relevant jurisdictions.

Dispute Resolution

Melbet handles all complaints in a fair and transparent way. You have the right to file a complaint about any part of your interaction with the site, including account issues, payments, promotions, verification, game results, or responsible gambling matters. Filing a complaint in good faith will not result in any disadvantage to you.

  • How to Submit a Complaint. You can submit a complaint free of charge within six (6) months of the incident. For peer-to-peer games (such as poker) or ante-post betting, the period starts after the event is resolved.
    To file a complaint, download the complaint form (PDF) and send the completed form to [email protected]. Your submission must include your full name, registered address, Account ID, the date of the incident, a clear description of the issue with any supporting documents, and your preferred language;
  • Response Timelines. Melbet will acknowledge your complaint within seven (7) days and explain the review process. A final response is typically provided within four (4) weeks. In complex cases, this may be extended by up to four (4) more weeks with prior notice. Complaints related to responsible gambling are prioritised and resolved within five (5) business days where possible, with a maximum delay of two (2) weeks.
    All decisions are communicated in writing and include either a clear explanation of the resolution or a reason why the complaint was not processed;
  • Escalation to Alternative Dispute Resolution. If the outcome is not satisfactory and the complaint amount exceeds 500 EUR, you may escalate the matter to CADRE B.V. (License No. CGA/ADR/2025/01), Scharlooweg 39, Curaçao;
  • Record-Keeping. Melbet keeps records of all complaints for at least five (5) years. This includes resolved, unresolved, and escalated cases. Regular reports on complaint statistics are submitted to the relevant regulatory body.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy

Melbet applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy to verify user identities, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.

Identity Verification

During registration and before certain account actions, every user must provide their full legal name, date of birth, and permanent residential address. Melbet may request additional documents depending on transaction size, frequency, or nature. All submitted documents must be clear, valid, and unaltered. If needed, notarised documents, biometric checks, or database screening may also be required.

When Additional Checks Apply?

Enhanced verification may be triggered by:

  • Deposits, withdrawals, or transactions reaching a set threshold;
  • Unusual or inconsistent account activity;
  • Transactions linked to high-risk jurisdictions;
  • Signs of identity fraud or use of third-party payment methods;
  • Connection to a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or a sanctioned entity.
    In these cases, Melbet may request proof of the source of funds, additional identity documents, or banking information.

Ongoing Monitoring

KYC is not a one-time check. Melbet continuously monitors account activity, updates user records, and may re-verify information after significant changes such as a new address, payment method, or jurisdiction. Accounts flagged as high-risk may be subject to enhanced due diligence, and account functions may be suspended until checks are completed.

Failure to Comply

If a user refuses to provide the requested information, Melbet may suspend or restrict the account, freeze transactions, terminate the account, or report the case to the relevant authorities.

Fraud and Internal Review

If fraud, misrepresentation, or falsified documents are suspected, Melbet may block the account, cancel pending payments, launch an internal investigation, and involve external authorities. Funds may be retained or forfeited where permitted by law. All actions are documented and proportionate.

Document Security

All submitted documents are handled in line with applicable data protection laws. Melbet applies appropriate security measures for storing and processing KYC data and retains records for the legally required period after account closure or the final transaction.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Melbet is not liable for any foreseeable loss or damage (direct or indirect) caused by a failure to meet its obligations under these terms, unless that failure results from a breach of legal duty (including negligence causing death or personal injury).
Melbet is not liable if the failure is caused by:

  • Your own fault;
  • A third party not connected with the service (for example, issues with your internet connection or computer equipment);
  • Events that neither Melbet nor its suppliers could have reasonably predicted or prevented.
    This service is intended for personal use only. Melbet is not liable for any business-related losses.
    If Melbet is found liable under these terms, the total combined liability will not exceed the lower of: (a) the value of the bets related to the issue, or (b) 10,000 EUR in total.
    Melbet recommends that you check the compatibility of the service with your device before use and install anti-virus software to protect against harmful programs.
